Topsey - Great Horned Owl

Topsey, like Shegor, is a great horned owl. He became a resident at Wings of Hope because, when it was time to be released into the wild, he was unsuccessful in flight. He has a tendency to turn his head upside down. He lives happily at the sanctuary in his own little room created to mimic that of his natural habitat.
